Black Star Farms Winery is a small winery with a hand–crafted approach to winemaking, located on the same 45th
Parallel that runs through some of the great wine regions of the world. Located in the Grand Traverse Bay area of
Northern Michigan, this region is justly known for fruit cultivation fostered by glacially carved lakes and hills and
a climate tempered by Lake Michigan. We produce classic varietal wines and fruit brandies of high character and balance.
With 3 separate wine tasting locations you can enjoy the beautiful area surrounding the farms. From the Village at
Grand Traverse Commons, to the Suttons Bay Tasting Room and Old Mission Tasting Room, they all offer a wonderful and
unique tasting experience.
