Black Star Farms Arcturos Late Harvest Riesling
Black Star Farms Arcturos Late Harvest Riesling is a sweet white wine with peach & apricot flavors and a balanced acidity. Pair with grilled spicy chicken kabobs, pear and blue cheese spinach salad, roasted duck and peach cobbler. Other suggestions include spicy ethnic cuisine, traditional German foods and Asian fusion.
Giesen Marlbourgh Sauvignon Blanc 2014
Pale yellow color with green hues. The aroma is fresh and vibrant with a base of rich tropical fruit but dominated especially when young, by fresh lime and lemongrass aromas as well as a fresh herb note. The palate shows a lovely fruit weight on the mid palate with flavors reminiscent of gooseberry and citrus and this is surrounded by a juicy, pure acidity giving the wine it's zesty exuberance with a fresh, dry finish.
Hang Time Chardonnay
Delicious pineapple and lychee fruit on the nose, are followed by sweet apple flavors on the palate that are complemented by good acidity and a nice clean finish. The winemaker enhanced the character of these grapes by fermenting the wine in oak barrels, with a simultaneous malolactic fermentation, to add a layer of creaminess and beautiful notes of spice and toast.
Salt of the Earth Flore de Moscato
Made at summer's end by crushing succulent, freshly harvested muscat grapes. The juices are slightly fermented in steel tanks and quickly chilled to retain their delectable sugar and natural spritz. Made solely with pure ripe Orange Muscat and Muscat Canelli grapes, Salt of the Earth Flore de Moscato gives you the freedom to drink it whenever and with whatever you wish.
